Our amazing Executive Chef Jack Cassidy (also KIN, New Regional Restaurant of the Year 2024) has created a menu inspired by the dishes we can’t stop craving. Expect modern Australian cooking techniques influenced with vibrant flavours from China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Nepal all on one plate.

We use produce from our own farms and local growers, so our dishes will change regularly, but this just keeps each visit exciting and new!
